I have uploaded a video, but nothing happens. What now?

First check whether you have already placed your video in an application. If so, then the file extension may be wrong. The best options are .mp4 (h.264) or .flv. Another possibility is that the upload process was interrupted. If so, please try uploading again.

How do I make a blog?

Start a blog using Wordpress.com, copy the RSS-feed URL. Make a blog-marqer and paste the URL into the field below.

How does Twitter work in Marduq?

Set up a tag under ‘Properties’ , based on the hash tag of your choice (e.g. #obama). You can also leave out the hash sign. In the Marqer-editor choose the Twitter marqer and place it in your application.

How do I add Google Maps ?

Go to Google Maps and focus your map on the correct area. Right-click the map and choose ‘center map here’ from the menu. Click link top right and copy the top link (called http://maps.google.com etc.). Make a Google Maps marqer and paste the URL in the field below.

What are the system requirements for Marduq?

Pentium IV, 2,4 GHz with 512 Mb internal memory, or a similar computer with Windows XP or higher, and a 8 Mbit broadband internet connection. Preferred browsers are Explorer 7.0 or higher, or Firefox 3.0 or higher with flash 9.0.115 or higher . Marduq was tested on current Apple MacIntosh systems, and with Chrome and Safari browsers, but functionality can deviate from Windows systems.

Which files can I upload in Marduq?

.mp4 (h.264) or .flv. are best. Other extensions are being worked on. If you have any specific wishes, we could add a special encoder for you after consultation.

How does Marduq handle my rights?

Your private date will not be shared with third parties. Your videos, photos and texts will remain your property provided that you own the rights. How you deal with third-party videos is your own responsibility, and Marduq does not accept liability for your actions.

Not all marqers work, what is up?

If you have a meteor or a moon package deal, not every marqer is available to you. You can always upgrade. More extensive package deals cost more, but the upgrade process is free.
